We start at the source.

We’re Lindsey and Jack, the family behind Wisco Tallow Co. in Wisconsin. We source beef suet locally through Gehring’s Meat Market and render it ourselves in-house using a time-intensive triple-rendering process.

We carefully select every ingredient, including organic oils where applicable. From the first render to the finished product, the work is ours—and the care is personal.
